1st wk of HouSe HuNTing..

Jie came back from Taiwan on late Sunday nite and thus we didnt have a chance to meet up. Previously, we have already had a flat we wanna choose in mind, so the only thing we need to do now is to go view the flat and its surroundings. We set it on the coming sat to go view the flat.

Perhaps, it is our naive thinkings, we thought that CCK is too ulu le, and no 1 will be interested in the flats here. Further more, the flats offered in CCK in this selection are all old flats, unlike those in Juroung West (Boon Lay) where the flats are brand new.

Around mid of 1st wk on wednesday, while Jie is checking the website 1 day, he found out that 1 of the flat in CCK has been choosen, panic starts to kick in as it suddenly hits upon him that there are after all plp interested in CCK flats.

So throughout the rest of the week, Jie kept vigil at the HDB web page, waiting to see the flat we wanted is still available or not. Luckily for us, till friday, the flat is still available and thus we proceed on with the flat viewin on sat.

The flat we wanted was a 4-room flat situated 2 streets away from my present home. It is located on the 8th floor. The location is also not bad, quite near to the MRT station, the amenities is also bad. As the flat is locked, we went to the opposite block's corridor and try to look into the house. Hehe..Feeling happie with the flat we went home hoping that the flat will remained till its our turn to go choose a flat.
