tHe 1st BLow....

Like I mentioned in the previous posts, we 2 kept vigil at the HDB website to keep ourselves up to date on the flat selection process, praying hard that we can get our desire flat. This is a short wk as there is a public holiday on Thursday, so we were happie for the shortage of 1 day.

On tuesday, Jie told me that the flat we wanted was taken le, we were both very disappointed. As i was away from my desk the whole day, I didnt get a chance to check the website for updates. He on the other hand, keep refreshing once every hr to check on the updates.

As soon as he knew that the flat we wanted was taken, he went to the website to check out the remaining flats. The type of flats, the floor area, the location, the price and everything. We then decide on another flat which is near the choose 1. This 1 is on the 13th floor though. We thought that if till this saturday, the house is still available, we will make a trip down to view the house .

If the house is still available after fri, we will have a bigger chance of getting it as our appointment is on monday afternoon. Cross our fingers again....
