We do NOt like What we see

since we e left with the limited choice, we shall make do with what we have. Armed with the addresses of the remaining flats we went around cck throughout sat to view the remaining flats.

Actually my mum has already went to view the 2 flats at teck whye with her friend, she was not happie with what she saw and called and told me. She said that 1 of the flat seems to be quite old looking and too near to the opposite blk which makes it quite stuffy as the winds are being blocked out by the opposite blk.

The other 1 is situated near the main road and also the LRT trk. It is on the 3rd floor which is juz aligned with the LRT trks. Which means to say, plp on LRT can see through the house via the windows every time they passed by the hse. On top of everything, it is quite noisy when LRT passes by and of cuz the traffic from the main road.

When Jie and I viewed the flat, we both also have the same feeling. We both felt that we would not like the house and would not want to buy this hse becuz of the sake of buying. Feeling dejected, we walked back to my hse. On our way hm, we discussed of the remaining flat in CCK which is at Yew Tee, abit far from my hse but then still within CCK vicinity.

We then saw a banner advertising on a resale flat near my hse and decided to call the agent to check out the price. Meanwhile, we walked to the blk to take a look at the surrounding. When we received the call from the agent who says will arrange a hse viewing for us, we were tempted to take up the offer till he mentions the price of the hse $350k den we withdrew the idea. TOO EX!!!!
