Boon Lay Flats vieWing....

The next morning after breakfast, we started our hse hunting again, this time in Boon Lay, actually there are abundant of flats here, we do nt need to worry bout not getting 1. just that we need check out the surrounding and also to tink bout how to get the money to renovate the hse should we decide to get this flat.

The 1st few blocks we went to are located in some old blks in boon lay, out of no where, they built 3 new blocks, which seems to be abit funnie...anyway, the blocks there are half occupied le, those not occupied are those available for us to choose this time..

Personally, i do not like the flats here, 1stly, there are not much of amenities nearby, MRT althought is 1 bus stop, but we need to walk at least 15mins to reach.. The surrounding there is too quiet, which is quite scary if I were to walk hm alone at night. Besides, the blk is like 5 min away from the bus stop.

Money is my top concern, how to get money to renovate, buy funiture, deposit for this hse...
the 2nd flat we went to view is 14th storey flat at another end of the area. Its a 2nd hand flat. We tried asking the neighbour on the previous owner and she told us that the previous owner had moved becuz they haf owed loansharks money! Immediately we both dropped the idea of buying this flat. heehhe.. Tat helpful auntie also told us that it is quite noisy living here becuz of the training of air force flights....

And so, our house hunting ends..wat is left now is the final procedure to choose the flat tmr at the appointed date. Provided that the flat we want is still available. Ehhh actually we still need to decide which flat we wanna select. heheh...

And also, Jie to inform his parents on this isuue. He had put it off till now as we are not sure that we will go for the selection tmr for the past 2 wks. No point get every 1 involve when nothing is confirmed...
